My Witchy background:
How and when did I decide to put a name to my beliefs.
I have always considered myself to be of the spiritual nature not of the religious sect.Yet throughout the years I have attended several churches and and other religious buildings searching for that holy grail that was supposed to save me from the wiles of mankind and still never found the peace that i was looking for. Well that all stopped for me this year and that is when i decided that i was looking in the wrong place for something that may or may not exist. Believe me i still believe in God the difference is this i don't believe like the religious folks do. I am not going to try to find a God that cannot be found or bartered with or cajoled to save me from evil when the evil is purely me doing what is not right by my moral standards. So this is the year that i decided that i am pagan and i have never felt so much at peace or such a harmony in my life until now.
I just wanted to say 'HI' and that everyone has to find their own way, only you know whats right for you and I confess I read your last blog too, what I have found in my wise old(haha) age is that not all 'friends' are meant to stay in your life forever and if someone doesn't respect your choices, your ways,you decisions(they don't have to agree just respect) then honestly you don't need them in your life anyway.
