Disappointment

I find it quite disappointing that people who consider themselves my friends, have really fallen off. I am with the person who makes me happy and yes we have problems, show me a couple that doesn't and i will call shenanigans. Anyways all that is besides the point that I want to make. My girlfriend reached out to a friend of mine on several occasions just to be snubbed several times over. I thought maybe that my friend was just having problems because of how she thought how I was being treated, as I am coming to see that isn't it. My girlfriend  decided to reach out to a woman who is the girlfriend of my friend's ex-husband. So as a retaliatory action my friend deleted my girlfriend for befriending someone who needed a place to vent about how the children she is a step parent to, act out and treat her poorly. Now knowing this about my friend i am disappointed and wondering if this person is truly my friend at all and wondering did i really need to trust her with any vital information in the past...i wonder if she truly cared about my feelings at all and if she truly liked me at all or was i that one person that she wanted there in case of emergency or urgency...just makes me wonder...so i am asking those of you out there that follow this blog for some advice or words of encouragement to help me make a hard decision...
